    @Consumer_Cell I bought plan from u and a phone.Asked 4 tech support .Was told by tech support to use a pen and push Sim card into phone.This distroyed the phone so I went somewhere else. You owe me for a phone.

    @Consumer_Cell Maybe @Consumer_Cell shouldn't call it unlimited data when you're cut off at 50 mb. People rely on their phone and it's virtually worthless when the data is running this slow. #ConsumerCellularSucks

    My grandmother's @Consumer_Cell phone decided to just stop functioning. Doesn't appear to be the battery, because it won't power on while wired directly to the outlet. The problem? It's impossible to work with their customer service. Guess I'm heading to @TMobile tomorrow...

    @Consumer_Cell @sincladk We are locked out of our account online because we put in a wrong password. We called and no one will unlock our account. We are with attorneys right now and they told us this should never happen and they will get a demand to fight this.
