There is no excuse for @ConEdison to be unprepared for this and the @NYGovCuomo is still making excuses and not delivering on his promises.

NYC DOT says they reported this issue to you to fix in July 2022 (Stoptag # 086511). When will these lights be turned back on? The street is dark at night.
