The outage is expected to last roughly 3 hours with an ETR of 10pm. I will share any updates and new developments as they become available.

Her income is very low.What programs can you have that help her. It’s bad enough. Your rates went so high for everyone but you’re hurting seniors.

Sebastian Kaupert (@skaupert) reported@ConEdison You should advise customers that use autopay to temporarily turn off autopay when setting up a payment agreement. Or they will pay both the downpayment and the full bill they were trying to spread out over time. This process is poorly designed and should be fixed.

Cut usage a lot over the past year but paying 30% more than I did a year ago. And Con Ed charges late fees to those who couldn't pay during a mandated Public Health Emergency!
