    Just finished a conference call with @ConEdison leadership. They are prepared for the incoming nor'easter and have secured more than 380 mutual aid crews to help restore power if necessary. Hopefully the wind will not be too bad tomorrow, @VillageCroton!

    @ConEdison I waited 54 minutes for a representative, I fell a sleep and woke up to an angry rep because my laptop also fell asleep. After struggling to fined info, she then stated, “give me your social security… so it took 60 minutes to begin another 30 minute call to correct…

    This is my problem when they talk about NYC phasing put gas cars. We literally can't get through a summer without @ConEdison drastically dropping the power to homes because of air conditioning. But they'll handle 2 million electric cars; no problem.

    @ConEdison just moved 2 an apartment and my FIRST bill came as a final turn off notice and I’m apparently being charged for 2 months?!? I’ve only lived here a month. Nobody to help me on a Saturday and you want to shut off??? Can someone help me? This is crazy! #conedison #CONed
