    @mauriceduboistv My dad @DennisJLarkin is vent dependent quadriplegic w/life sustaining equipment in his home. We have been without power since the storm hit. Despite several calls to @ConEdison we’re at a standstill. Why is he a priority customer if he’s not given any priority?

    @ConEdison @NYGovCuomo How about crediting a one month bill for your lack of organization during a “tropical storm”, it was poor planning on your part. How can you further insult us, your customers by issuing $3! You make millions from all of your customers. Monopoly!

    @ConEdison I received a letter from your claims dept. My claim was $372.74, I lost everything in my fridge. Your $235 is unacceptable to cover my losses. 7 days of outage, 5 days of not working from home, your poor planning has been our dilemma and loss. Don’t apologize- Fix it!

    New Castle was particularly hard hit by this storm, yet we STILL don’t hv trees cleared from the wires. As of yesterday some neighborhoods STILL had no means of egress bc of downed trees. @ConEdison has not devoted the service that this emergency demands. #isaias #outageupdate

    Optimum/Altice customers: Altice reports 86,000 homes in the region are without service by of a fiber break just in Croton. I’m here now trying to ensure that they have everything we need to get this resolved. ConEdison is NOW working on it so that Altice can repair their lines.

    @ConEdison @ualbany What good will it do if you know a storm is coming and you still can’t provide timely service repairs........ Can you focus on getting your service to work correctly first!

    >third day without power. The kicker is we were told they were assessing the area, then why when we talked to someone on the phone they said they didn’t send anyone to our area and don’t know when they will. Who needs power or internet anyway #ConEdison<

    @ConEdison Lousy planning on your part. Why have automated text messages promise 8/9 at 11:00pm. And now states that you don’t have a set date for restoring power. I had to throw out all my food, waive your electrical bill because clearly your reimbursement won’t be enough!

    Update: Residents of the block where the transformer blew are reporting a power outage. The Fire department has contacted @ConEdison to restore the power.

    hey @ConEdison our power went out and when turned back on the voltage was, and is still, too high. we were told that a crew is coming out to fix, but still nothing after 3 days. how do we get someone out ASAP?? this is dangerous

    @ConEdison trying to end my service, since I’m moving. The virtual assistant Watt says it can’t help me and runs into a problem. When I try to stop service on the app- it says failed. When I call- it tells me to use the virtual assistant and hangs up on me. What can I do next?Lol
