And now states that you don’t have a set date for restoring power. I had to throw out all my food, waive your electrical bill because clearly your reimbursement won’t be enough!

Legislator Vedat Gashi (@LegislatorGashi) reported from Croton-on-Hudson, New YorkOptimum/Altice customers: Altice reports 86,000 homes in the region are without service by of a fiber break just in Croton. I’m here now trying to ensure that they have everything we need to get this resolved. ConEdison is NOW working on it so that Altice can repair their lines.

Your $235 is unacceptable to cover my losses. 7 days of outage, 5 days of not working from home, your poor planning has been our dilemma and loss. Don’t apologize- Fix it!
