    @TheMovieVampire @Xfinity The problem isn’t with 1080 vs 4K, 1080P looked amazing on other HBO sources, like HBO GO. This was an @xfinity problem. I don’t recall ever having an issue with xfinity HD content - just the last two weeks of thrones. @comcastcares

    I had to buy the @Xfinity sports and entertainment package for another $10/mo tonight. I love @TCM. Guy said older people were calling in droves furious. They are on fixed incomes and don’t have $120/year. It’s awful they put it in this dumb package. Shame on you, @comcast.

    @Xfinity I am not a Comcast customer but I have an old Comcast coax cable going to my house which is drooping dangerously. There is no way to get customer service without having an account. I need help immediately.

    @comcastcares to no surprise my confirmed Xfinity service call for Friday was a no show. No call. No message. That’s what two hours on a call and escalation to Advanced Wireless gets you. Nothing. And the service is still not working right now. No internet

    @comcastcares I've been without all my Comcast service since Wednesday. A supervisor told me he'd get someone out on Thursday. I was then told this morning, then told 1:00 today. No one has come. Spent over half an hour on the phone and they now told me some time tomorrow.

    Once again, @verizon @VerizonSupport @verizonfios process that new customers matter more than 20+ year customers by charging 70% more for the same service as new customers. Guess I need to switch to @Xfinity

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.

    @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx

    @Ern_cos @XfinitySupport Do one thing cancel your Xfinity account and then after a week make a new Xfinity account and you will get a price lock for 5 year plan 1 gig for $70 a month with a free cell for a year ;)
