Kevin Willett (@kevinwillett) reported from Jersey City, New Jersey@ste34678 @XfinitySupport Interesting. They want to send a tech out to my place, but if the same people are having the same exact issues as yesterday then the problem is on Xfinity’s end and not our end.
-

-
Sandy De Jesus (@SandyDJ) reported from Rutherford, New Jersey@Xfinity I’m a new customer, only internet for now because #1 no option to get television without supporting FOX network and #2 you don’t carry @tcm Let me know if either changes.

Comcast Xfinity Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Gual Eritrea 🇪🇷 (@EritreaLuv) reported@xfinity I discussed with one of your employees the reasoning for the uncharge on my account and was offered new contract told the employee I'll check around first for other offers and now my internet is throttled. If this how you treat your costumers, you won't last long.
-
Charlie (@charliebayer8) reportedI would love for @Starlink to figure out how to bring their service to urban areas. We are being held captive by Xfinity and At&t.
-
Seattle Sysop (@IronWolve) reported@WallStreetApes The sheriff has issues, hes not educated on technology, he literally jailed people, including elderly for loading android apps on their amazon firesticks, because comcast called it jail breaking. You cant make this stupidity up. So yeah, hes not educated
-
ArtVandalay (@asdespain) reported@Xfinity so just to be clear, Xfinity has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute, to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have this correct?
-
Queen W (@thepinkestlips) reportedNo. I was paying $200 for Xfinity. I pay $30 for internet and have Netflix, Hulu, prime.. less than $60 with internet included. Not tied to any contracts. Can cancel them at any time. So naw, I’m good
-
accordingtokeri (@accordingtokeri) reported@Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.
-
Brian (@BrianSaysWhat) reportedLost @Xfinity internet 3 times in the last hour & a half. And that's not including the 5 other times it's cut out over the last 2 weeks... Y'all must really want me to give Verizon a call, huh?
-
Mass Hypnosis (@LongSquat) reported@comcast Dump your foreign customer service call centers. Slow upgrades to antiquated infrastructure and technical support with an average IQ of 65, is why we left three years ago once fiber was in our area. Not a single issue since, which indicates that Comcast was the problem to begin with.
-
🌻👒🦋 (@Kayla_Danaex) reportedI remember the day cable cut off and you had to get Comcast or sum ****, I think I cried. It was already a hard day in school. I was looking forward to watching SpongeBob.
-
The Pacific War (@WWIIThePacific) reported@DragonsUnionFly @alo127118 Tell me you’ve never been to a World Cup without telling me. Between Xfinity Live, event overflow, and the 39 day Fan Festival, I’m going to go ahead and bet the over for tourists and the idea that “half the attendees already live here.”
