I’m on two different recordings saying I do not want anyone coming to my place to fix something if I’m going to be charged $70. I asked five times to clarify. “No charges” & we “promise.” Tech comes out. fixes NOTHING. I get $70 bill.

Guy said older people were calling in droves furious. They are on fixed incomes and don’t have $120/year. It’s awful they put it in this dumb package. Shame on you, @comcast.

So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
