    @ste34678 @XfinitySupport Interesting. They want to send a tech out to my place, but if the same people are having the same exact issues as yesterday then the problem is on Xfinity’s end and not our end.

    @Xfinity @comcast @comcastcares terrible. I had a major billing issue and after a long back and forth, Comcast agreed to give me a credit of $30. But instead of a credit they CHARGE me $30!Nice trick.

    @TheMovieVampire @Xfinity The problem isn’t with 1080 vs 4K, 1080P looked amazing on other HBO sources, like HBO GO. This was an @xfinity problem. I don’t recall ever having an issue with xfinity HD content - just the last two weeks of thrones. @comcastcares

    If you guys have the choice between xfinity and any other internet provider, pick that provider. Had the worst experience since day 1 with them finally switched to fios and loving it

    @C1_1RIS Who cares. The car should be top 10 in points. Bubba was the leader in Xfinity as a part time driver and sponsors didn't step up. Do something or step down.

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.

    @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx

    @Ern_cos @XfinitySupport Do one thing cancel your Xfinity account and then after a week make a new Xfinity account and you will get a price lock for 5 year plan 1 gig for $70 a month with a free cell for a year ;)
