    I can no longer see the only 3 network 3 shows that I watch, which are on CBS. I will now leave Direct Tv to go to Comcast or Verizon. Will also leave AT&T as my cell phone company, which owns Direct TV. You do not value your customers or care about them or services they want.

    @Xfinity Our internet service was interrupted SEVEN times this summer due to technical issues and NOW our phone is out and we have to wait FOUR days for a tech to come out. Is this the gold standard for your customer service?

    It’s hard for me to quit things but I’m not even that involved with my current internet company (Xfinity) to be so annoyed with having to cancel their service. (Please don’t respond to this telling me to join your provider.)

    @rjurney In Chicago I had residential cable internet problems. Intermittent drops all day long. They wouldn’t fix it. I switched to Comcast business & they had a hardhat dude with bucket truck at my house within 24hrs every time I called w issue. Got it sorted pretty fast. Worth the $$

    **** Verizon lol, an entire day w no internet because they shut it off by accident, 10+ hours on the phone w them while I COULDN'T WORK, and they offered me a ******* $20 credit lmao. Bye, im getting Xfinity in my new house. It's way cheaper + they actually answer calls.

    @Xfinity my on demand will have pass hasn’t worked for the last 12 hours, and your customer service person thinks I am too far away... when I haven’t moved anywhere from location I’ve used this service many times before. Either fix the service or give me a full refund.

    @Xfinity Hello, the staff was unable to help me, accidentally deleted my account. I re created one and figured it out on my own. My account was supposed to be on auto pay, never was, I’m the primary account owner on your end but can’t see my bill on my end. Etc. but I fixed it.

    @Xfinity so just to be clear, Xfinity has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute, to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have this correct?

    No. I was paying $200 for Xfinity. I pay $30 for internet and have Netflix, Hulu, prime.. less than $60 with internet included. Not tied to any contracts. Can cancel them at any time. So naw, I’m good

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.

    @comcast Dump your foreign customer service call centers. Slow upgrades to antiquated infrastructure and technical support with an average IQ of 65, is why we left three years ago once fiber was in our area. Not a single issue since, which indicates that Comcast was the problem to begin with.
