I will now leave Direct Tv to go to Comcast or Verizon. Will also leave AT&T as my cell phone company, which owns Direct TV. You do not value your customers or care about them or services they want.

I switched to Comcast business & they had a hardhat dude with bucket truck at my house within 24hrs every time I called w issue. Got it sorted pretty fast. Worth the $$

My account was supposed to be on auto pay, never was, I’m the primary account owner on your end but can’t see my bill on my end. Etc. but I fixed it.

Slow upgrades to antiquated infrastructure and technical support with an average IQ of 65, is why we left three years ago once fiber was in our area. Not a single issue since, which indicates that Comcast was the problem to begin with.
