I was then told this morning, then told 1:00 today. No one has come. Spent over half an hour on the phone and they now told me some time tomorrow.

The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.
