    @comcastcares to no surprise my confirmed Xfinity service call for Friday was a no show. No call. No message. That’s what two hours on a call and escalation to Advanced Wireless gets you. Nothing. And the service is still not working right now. No internet

    @aagave Also possible that the service is ultimately going to be part of VZ’s broadband replacement service…and their view is that having a video bundle is important in winning customers from Comcast.

    @Xfinity we have an outage. Our status says our issue will be resolved at a certain time. And that time keeps moving forward a few hours. The first time it gave me was 9pm last night. Right now it says 5pm tonight. What’s the story?

    I had to buy the @Xfinity sports and entertainment package for another $10/mo tonight. I love @TCM. Guy said older people were calling in droves furious. They are on fixed incomes and don’t have $120/year. It’s awful they put it in this dumb package. Shame on you, @comcast.

    @comcastcares I've been without all my Comcast service since Wednesday. A supervisor told me he'd get someone out on Thursday. I was then told this morning, then told 1:00 today. No one has come. Spent over half an hour on the phone and they now told me some time tomorrow.

    @comcastcares I am not a Comcast customer but I have an old Comcast coax cable going to my house which is drooping dangerously. There is no way to get customer service without having an account. I need help immediately.

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.

    @XfinitySupport Comcast is too CHEAP to pay for ABC, but they haven’t adjusted my bill. TCM is now a pay channel only. Comcast is over priced, customer service sucks. I either want my channel back or a credit to my account. This is getting ridiculous.

    @DinduApe @tacooghost I did the month to month with no equipment cost. 200-300mbs 80 a month Had it as a failover while comcast was having issues in my area.

    We needed this so badly. It was easy to be negative about this team. About the players, the coaches, and management. Don't get me wrong, Comcast still sucks. But this is the type of run that gives everybody's head a shake and realizes we have our hockey team back

    Does anybody know how can I switch from bum fck T-Mobile worst company to ever exist to Xfinity T-Mobile without needing to contact the account owner which I don't have access to? Like do I gotta go to court to prove my identity, my number that I've had for over 10yrs?
