    @comcastcares spent 1hr51min on the phone with someone who transferred me to Comcast Customer Care and I still have no solution to my issue I've been loyal to Xfinity for a long time I own my equipment my bill changed and I havent "Activated" my account since Dec2019! #NOTRIGHT

    @Xfinity has the worst customer service… no one local unless you ask for sales.. you get the run around..they lie, don’t note the account. Pulling teeth to get a tech or credit and when I got a tech they called twice to try and cancel him!! Horrible!! It’s time for change

    I may have to suck it up and switch my cable to Comcast. I don’t want a streaming service because of the delays and not having the NHL and MLB networks is just becoming too aggravating.

    And on a side note, this running #NASCAR races on USA Network is really throwing me off. Completely missed recording the Xfinity race today. They're not advertising the channel change well.

    @ir0cko @Xfinity That's been me for the last 7 days- it came back on for a couple hours and they told us internet wasn't working bc we needed a whole new modem. Can't even set things up rn. I also have a downed cable line in my backyard that they won't take seriously until the outage is resolved

    @WingsFan_ @Migilini @WOWCare Yeah I have Wow because Comcast aggravated me when I was moving. An ordeal over equipment I didn’t ever have. The price was right for WOW & the service has been fine but now that my two year deal has been up and the price has crept I might as well get the channels I really want.

    @crtinch @Xfinity Lol... had a similar problem with Wow back when the pandemic started, but was obviously related to the uptick in traffic due to everyone at home. I’m more annoyed with the ‘up to’ verbiage all ISP’s have chosen to use, which never commit to the speeds you think you paid for.

    Has anyone else been having any trouble with Verizon customer service? I thought Comcast was bad, hard to believe but Verizon is worst. The rep says no worries Richard I will help you. They promise to look into the problem and call me back but never do.

    @Xfinity Guess loyalty to Xfinity doesn't mean much nowadays I've been on the phone 1hr 51min with someone who's obviously out sourced and he transferred me to Customer Solutions Team...they are trying to charge me for Service in GA that I haven't turned on!!! #WHAT

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.
