The rep says no worries Richard I will help you. They promise to look into the problem and call me back but never do.

An ordeal over equipment I didn’t ever have. The price was right for WOW & the service has been fine but now that my two year deal has been up and the price has crept I might as well get the channels I really want.

I’m more annoyed with the ‘up to’ verbiage all ISP’s have chosen to use, which never commit to the speeds you think you paid for.

I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I was paying $89 to Xfinity for 300mb and rarely clocking over 110mb. I got 6 months for $69 then it goes to $80 for 200mb service. Plugged it in yesterday and was clocking over 130mb just after setting it up

So, when the Sox get bumped to the 2nd CHSN cable channel app users must watch whatever bumped the sox. And it sucks. CHSN sucks

Never had a problem on this network before but maybe something going on with comcast I saw it across dev/staging/**** (2 convex dbs) for about 10m, then it resolved on its own, then came back, now working again If it comes back, will DM you. Maybe some intermittent network thing on my end
