I’m more annoyed with the ‘up to’ verbiage all ISP’s have chosen to use, which never commit to the speeds you think you paid for.

I go to besy Best Buy purchase a new $209.00 modem. Come home, called Comcast to activate it, & BAM the modem wasn’t the issue. The service was!

I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.
