    Has anyone else been having any trouble with Verizon customer service? I thought Comcast was bad, hard to believe but Verizon is worst. The rep says no worries Richard I will help you. They promise to look into the problem and call me back but never do.

    @comcastcares I hope that writing here will get some action taken..I came to tell you about the WONDERFUL service I received on the Phone with Marquee she helped solve my technical issues & she was incredibly kind and patient with me. Please make sure she gets proper recognition!

    And on a side note, this running #NASCAR races on USA Network is really throwing me off. Completely missed recording the Xfinity race today. They're not advertising the channel change well.

    OH I AM AWAKE THIS MORNING LATE THOUGH ❄!BUT I HAVE TO STAY UP NOW BECAUSE COMCAST WILL ARRIVE TODAY TO FIX THE CABLE FROM THIS STORM THAT HIT US MONDAY THERE IS NO SIGNAL GOING ON FOR ME TO WATCH TV OR EVEN MOVIES TO BE INTERESTING I WILL BE TIRED LATER 😴

    I don’t complain offer but @Xfinity is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I signed a contract for new services January 30th and they just won’t honor it- no reason or explanation and nobody cares. And they talk to me like I’m a bother.

    @WingsFan_ @Migilini @WOWCare Yeah I have Wow because Comcast aggravated me when I was moving. An ordeal over equipment I didn’t ever have. The price was right for WOW & the service has been fine but now that my two year deal has been up and the price has crept I might as well get the channels I really want.

    My brother is married, with a 2 year old & another due in June. Worth over $160 BILLION, @comcast MUST do better. Also, if you don’t need internet for something business critical, STOP CALLING @Xfinity FOR HELP. You can read a book, do a puzzle, or ANYTHING else. #thisisnotadrill

    I may have to suck it up and switch my cable to Comcast. I don’t want a streaming service because of the delays and not having the NHL and MLB networks is just becoming too aggravating.

    @crtinch @Xfinity Lol... had a similar problem with Wow back when the pandemic started, but was obviously related to the uptick in traffic due to everyone at home. I’m more annoyed with the ‘up to’ verbiage all ISP’s have chosen to use, which never commit to the speeds you think you paid for.

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!

    @xfinity I discussed with one of your employees the reasoning for the uncharge on my account and was offered new contract told the employee I'll check around first for other offers and now my internet is throttled. If this how you treat your costumers, you won't last long.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 652pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
