I signed a contract for new services January 30th and they just won’t honor it- no reason or explanation and nobody cares. And they talk to me like I’m a bother.

The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.
