Went to retail store, they said in 3 days I’d receive an email with a return shipping label. No label. A week later, I phone Xfinity and I’m told I missed the 14 day return window and kept me on phone for 30 mins. Help.

The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.
