Went to retail store, they said in 3 days I’d receive an email with a return shipping label. No label. A week later, I phone Xfinity and I’m told I missed the 14 day return window and kept me on phone for 30 mins. Help.

Didn’t work when called or at store and said go online. Past tenets started transfer online and I got email to finish but online system does t work. ATT can’t help in person or on phone or web
