Can't even set things up rn. I also have a downed cable line in my backyard that they won't take seriously until the outage is resolved

I was paying $89 to Xfinity for 300mb and rarely clocking over 110mb. I got 6 months for $69 then it goes to $80 for 200mb service. Plugged it in yesterday and was clocking over 130mb just after setting it up

So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
