    @b25904 @VerizonSupport @AGMauraHealey @Xfinity I actually just went on their website and followed the steps to sign up for new service. The last step showed all the available installation times. They had pretty much any time in the next couple days available!

    @dmoren Comcast is our only option (south shore). I’ve been writing my state reps for years asking for the state to regulate this kind of crap.

    Been told by multiple reps that I should expect a call from @verizonfios to complete purchase in my cart. Never get a call. Been trying off & on for months. Rinse, repeat. I hate @Xfinity...always had terrible customer service, but I'm about ready to look at them instead.

    @MDaetenium Hiring someone to drive his car or truck in Xfinity isn’t really a financial burden if it’s all being funded by Joe Gibbs’ money. When Kyle Busch’s money was all over his lower series car in 2012, he couldn’t win a damn race, because he wasn’t being slapped with a cup chassis.

    Find it awful convenient how NBC Universal was in support of the Don't Say Gay bill and the Owl House episode with a ******* kiss isn't on Xfinity On Demand. Guess Disney aren't the only bigots here.

    I dont know what's been going on with comcast supposedly its "our router that's been working perfectly fine for a whole year" that's having issues but no I dont believe it. Every time we fix it, it craps out. The online light is solid and the 5G and 2.4g are blinking like crazy

    Been on the phone with Comcast for an hour and had to slowly and painfully spell out the name of my WiFi network which is “Bieber Fever” and now the 36 year old lady has been talking to me about how she loves him and Backstreet Boys and is telling me her life story

    spent 8 hours getting around resetting my brothers new router instead of actually resetting it and spent the last hour resetting it and making it work. All I needed was someone from comcast to just send a new wifi signal to my modem. that was it. then he gets mad.

    @CriddleBenjamin @ESPN960 Yes, I absolutely remember the Mountain Network. In fact, the last year or two of the network, it was carried on Comcast here in Massachusetts Go back further to the days of the SportsWest network, KSL also would pick up some BYU games as well

    @comcastcares My office has been on the phone with you all day and we still don’t have voice service. We have internet but no phone lines. Poor @Comcast service. Poor customer service. Now can’t get in touch with anyone.

    My thoughts. CBS: Best option, cable AND network. Definitely would boost up sales of All Access. NBC/Telemundo: Conflicts would be the problem, but NBCSN could use NWSL as weekend filler programming. beIN: You lost Serie A, you aren't on XFINITY or DIRECTV. So no. #NWSL

    @Xfinity @XfinitySupport we’ve been super patient and nice, but the streaming app is absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever used and it’s beyond frustrating to have to keep troubleshooting every month with minimal results.

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.
