All I needed was someone from comcast to just send a new wifi signal to my modem. that was it. then he gets mad.

The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.
