However, when device attaches to a pod it has no internet but is connected to our wifi network. I reset all pods and reset the gateway - still have the issue.

The last step showed all the available installation times. They had pretty much any time in the next couple days available!

I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.
