    @danwangphoto We got xfinity pods and NOTHING worked on them. We returned them, then my (6) @bose speakers kept dropping off the WiFi every other night— could only fix after power cycles. Turned out it was because of the public xfinity network (?!) and now we’re fine after a month of anxiety.

    @ADR1ANN @RCNconnects Comcast is expensive af and I think I’ve spent half my lifetime on hold with their customer service.... so I feel like being nostalgic for Comcast is saying a *lot*

    @sprintcare Ok like what Are we talking ..like picture storage and that kind of thing or Internet use streaming from my Xfinity app what kind of data am I consuming at what seems like such a high rate as I’ve never received this message before

    Let me get this straight @Xfinity and @comcast. My 4 kids are forced to school from home, I’m forced to work from home, there is no socializing outside the home due to Covid so NOW you restrict our download amount. Or we pay MORE?? Never let a good crisis go to waste they say.

    Hey @comcastcares, your customer service is awful. We're just trying to ADD cable to our home internet and phone. It's taking hours, your billing and tech staff can't coordinate, and we are miserable. Great job! @swinshall

    @kam6820 @mheeqey_money @XFreeze They offer different packages, take a look on their website. I was paying $89 to Xfinity for 300mb and rarely clocking over 110mb. I got 6 months for $69 then it goes to $80 for 200mb service. Plugged it in yesterday and was clocking over 130mb just after setting it up

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
