The last step showed all the available installation times. They had pretty much any time in the next couple days available!

I was told someone could come out 3 days from now! Completely unacceptable at a time when we are all working from home & it's a safety issue!

Been trying off & on for months. Rinse, repeat. I hate @Xfinity...always had terrible customer service, but I'm about ready to look at them instead.

I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.
