    as an @xfinitymobile customer, getting a new iPhone from @Apple (vs Xfinity) and trying to activate it is a nightmare. It’s terrible now and was terrible when I got the 12. Hopefully the 2nd Xfinity store is helpful. The first one I went to was useless.

    @comcastcares You are there but have not been able to help me which is why I am standing in your non handicapped accessible store right now. I injured my back 3 years ago and standing for long periods of time is difficult.

    @comcastcares @Xfinity @comcast I’m so done with you! Can’t get anyone that knows what they’re doing. Been told that service is upgraded since 5/26 but it’s not. Appointments cancelled for no reason. Horrible all around!

    @Xfinity @comcastcares Your installer ran cable across garage roof which is damaging shingles. Called customer service multiple times this week to report and they were to call me back but never happened. Customer Service is non-existent. Want this cable raised!

    @Xfinity Your rep sent me a message to add service and to accept the price and then he comes back and says your final price is going to be $60 more. Then what did I accept the terms for.

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
