    I have gotten 3 calls about my vehicle warranty while still waiting for someone from @comcast to call me about my bill they screwed up. It’s sad when the scammers have better customer service than @comcast. So much for @comcastcares #worstcustomerserviceever

    @Xfinity i got a message saying”We'll be working to enhance the network in your area starting tomorrow, 01/25. Work could begin as early as 6AM. You'll experience service outages” - is it possible to do this when people are not working at home and need internet?

    @comcastcares 24 hours now with no service. I pay Nicor & my oven works, I pay the Village & water comes out of the faucet, I pay ComEd & the lights go on. I pay #Comcast & I get nothing.

    Meh. I want to upgrade my @Xfinity internet speed. But because I have voice service (even though nothing is changing with voice), they say I can't do self-install, somebody has to come out. And THAT costs me $70. Super lame. So no faster internet for us! 😠

    Signed up for @Xfinity today. Went to pick up equipment. Asked specifically if the stuff was correct as I was wanting 4k capable tv box and modem for the 1gig service. Was told TWICE it's correct. Get to the new house/service location. Spend 30 minutes trying to active service..

    My new @Xfinity customer experience so far: Signed up SUN, picked up gear from store on MON. Spent 2 hrs. on phone when self install wouldn’t work, now waiting for service tech & got call to reschedule for WED. Not happy. DM please?

    @comcastcares so we had our $70 professional installation fee waived since there were so issues and I just viewed by bill and we got charged. Not surprised since why would they actually do what they say they will!

    as an @xfinitymobile customer, getting a new iPhone from @Apple (vs Xfinity) and trying to activate it is a nightmare. It’s terrible now and was terrible when I got the 12. Hopefully the 2nd Xfinity store is helpful. The first one I went to was useless.

    No. I was paying $200 for Xfinity. I pay $30 for internet and have Netflix, Hulu, prime.. less than $60 with internet included. Not tied to any contracts. Can cancel them at any time. So naw, I’m good

    @MrEwanMorrison We used to pay $150/month for cable and think nothing of it. at least now you can cancel whenever instead of being locked into a comcast contract.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 811am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong
