    I do appreciate all the ads for the MASN app during the TV broadcasts. I downloaded it the day it came out a year ago. Unfortunately I have my service through an unknown little company called Xfinity and sadly that's not available on the app yet

    @XfinitySupport I’ve experienced issues w/ my main TV box - channels go in and out and DVR will not record properly on certain channels. After troubleshooting with an agent a while back he told me I should switch out my box. Where to do that? Any Xfinity store- do I need appt?

    @BoostCare are up for a worst customer service award. I was switched to them by @virginmobileusa and they have chosen to ignore 7 message over 2 platforms and by email. That is some @comcast type of service. Definitely looking at any company besides @boostmobile #fail

    @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx
