Seems like an on going issue with my modem/ router where it decides that WiFi just doesn’t want to work. So instead of sending me a new one they tell me to turn it off and on, or they work “magic” from their office.

Internet is getting hammered with kids being home schooled and people working from home. I get knocked offline by Comcast occasionally and then tether my computer wireless to my phone.

I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx
