    @Xfinity has been horrible for the past 3 weeks for me and my family. I have spoken with someone every night after work and all day on my days off because of my service interruption. Everyone keeps telling me my internet is working fine....no it's not.

    @FrancaMullerPaz @jedweeks @comcast Gotcha. Going to bet they’ll say “we don’t comment on individual customer contracts/agreements, but see the website for details on our IE program”. We need concrete examples of exploitation of the IE program to counter any PR spin. I’d have those prepared.

    @GreggJarrett If you stopped stealing your neighbors WiFi you wouldn’t be having these issues - joking. Internet is getting hammered with kids being home schooled and people working from home. I get knocked offline by Comcast occasionally and then tether my computer wireless to my phone.

    @Xfinity @comcastcares installation appt with Bulk devices today between 7:30 and 10AM. Tech a no show, no call by 10:15. Called, was told tech would be there in 20 minutes. Still not here 10:50, $20 credit not enough for my time. #wtf #gotbetterthingstodotoday

    @DinduApe @tacooghost I did the month to month with no equipment cost. 200-300mbs 80 a month Had it as a failover while comcast was having issues in my area.

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!
