    @Xfinity @comcastcares installation appt with Bulk devices today between 7:30 and 10AM. Tech a no show, no call by 10:15. Called, was told tech would be there in 20 minutes. Still not here 10:50, $20 credit not enough for my time. #wtf #gotbetterthingstodotoday

    @Xfinity cancelling people’s service for making a late payment during COVID is inhuman and totally illogical. 2 days late on a bill and your ability to work from home has been stripped. How do you expect to keep customers paying when you take away their income. #InternetIsARight

    I do appreciate all the ads for the MASN app during the TV broadcasts. I downloaded it the day it came out a year ago. Unfortunately I have my service through an unknown little company called Xfinity and sadly that's not available on the app yet

    @Xfinity Glad this was free... Received it and now it's immediately getting returned. It's so janky, voice doesn't work, remote is awful. I don't have time for this half assed attempt at a streaming device. Sticking with my Roku.

    @Comcast - it is very difficult to terminate service for a property I have sold. Your service has gone from bad to worse over the years. Will never use Comcast again!

    @DGladwich @TirxieSimone @jorymicah And cover Verizon shut down anybody's phone who happens to say something? Can Comcast shut off anyone's internet who is going on websites that they don't? Can McDonald's remove the burger from the bun of the people that they don't like? Public Regulation is a thing my guy

    @comcastcares I have been calling Comcast to work on a new contract before my current 1 ends in a couple of months. I can’t seem to get anyone to help. #needlowerpayment retired and can’t afford. Don’t need all those channels.

    @Xfinity The interface is not very fluid. I had to repeat myself multiple times for the remote voice commands, and it never understood what I wanted. It doesn't support many apps like SlingTV and Hulu. The remote is very cheap and the buttons are frustrating to push. My Roku is far nicer.

    @mapgirl18 @SnarkyEM Ok. Not sure if the problem is with the originator (wIYY) or Something with Comcast. I do know that when we have TVs on different channels on Comcast at home the alerts go off within a couple of seconds of each other.

    @Xfinity @comcast @comcastcares so why is it when I call to ask why my bill is going up for three months in a row that when I speak to someone and request to be transferred to disconnection that they hang up on me.

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!
