  @GreggJarrett If you stopped stealing your neighbors WiFi you wouldn’t be having these issues - joking. Internet is getting hammered with kids being home schooled and people working from home. I get knocked offline by Comcast occasionally and then tether my computer wireless to my phone.

  @verizonfios Im trying to report a fallen tree & down lines in my community and your chat people want to charge me $100 for reporting down lines!!! @MyBGE & @Xfinity sent emergency techs out ASAP. Verizon support people want to argue with me for reporting a down main line. Smh

  @Xfinity / @comcast might be the worst internet provider ever. Seems like an on going issue with my modem/ router where it decides that WiFi just doesn’t want to work. So instead of sending me a new one they tell me to turn it off and on, or they work “magic” from their office.

  @Barbecuecolonge @JoshuaTookes I don’t think a Comcast-WB merger would work since Comcast would treat WB and Discovery’s legacy IPS (Looney Tunes, Doki, Hanna-Barbera) like garbage like they did to Woody Woodpecker and Curious George, in favor of focusing on content from DreamWorks and Illumination.

  @tonyc920 @BoziTatarevic Not really Herbst fault here. These cars are awful. As soon as they get loose the aero effects are so bad. This is a normal bump and run in the xfinity car. Not to mention you can’t pass so like what else u suppose to do

  @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx

  @XfinitySupport Since I can’t get through to anyone on the phone to escalate complaints I want you to be aware that your technical support team has cold transferred me and hung up on me nearly a dozen times over the last two hours because they don’t know how to fix Xfinity Stream
