    @Xfinity @comcast get it together! Terrible service with no resolve! Have called 4 times and used chat 7 times. Now being double charged. The absolute, worst service ever and customer service the same. No one cares unless it’s blasted on social media. #ridiculous #internet

    I cannot believe that @comcast is actually going to force customers to spend upwards of $100 more per month for going over a “cap”. That’s not the service I signed on for. I just went to “upgrade” and the best plan they’ll offer is to go from 300 Mbps to 25... “@comcastcares”

    Day 11: #nanowrimo my #internet broke. @Xfinity started charging me over $100 for internet. Why? For what? So I downgraded. And upon the reset my internet just went away. Now they tell me I have a phone only plan and they need 4 hours to fix it. How am I gonna write? Thanks. #fml

    @AllSellsFinal @Xfinity @comcastcares Do a quick router reset from @Xfinity account app or Xfi app. Sometimes your cache fills up, and it can cause speed issues. Pretty much all routers have that issue.

    @Xfinity Thank you for consistently having the #worst WiFi service. I love having blackouts every single day, my cable box having an error on “your end” every time I put a live movie on I want to watch, and my video games timing out. You guys suck. Thanks for being useless.

    @TheRajGiri There’s a known issue with Xfinity customers who don’t get free access to ESPN Unlimited, and still have to buy it, either as a standalone service or as part of a bundle. There’s no timeline for resolution.

    @XfinitySupport @comcast I’ve been trying for almost two weeks to get my business internet and phone service installed, and there is still no progress. Your technician already confirmed that my location requires an outside line installation. However, every time I call customer service, I keep getting transferred between departments, and no one is able to connect me to the construction team who actually handles this type of work. I was also given a sales assistant’s number, but my calls and voicemails have not been returned. When I do reach someone, I’m told to wait days or even up to a month, or to cancel my order and go with another provider. This is extremely frustrating. I don’t need more transfers — I need to be connected with the construction team or have them contact me directly. Please escalate this issue and have the appropriate team reach out to me as soon as possible. I can provide my order details via DM.

    because the s14 wont work with our new network provider, so now i'm stuck on **** hardware until i get xfinity to unlock the damn thing becuase they DIDN'T DO THAT AUTOMATICALLY AFTER THEY WERE PAID OFF. HELLO!

    @TheRajGiri I know. I activated the service when it first became available, but when I tried to watch Wrestlepalooza, it said that I needed to purchase the service or a bundle including it. I spoke with Xfinity, and they said they’d received similar complaints from other customers.
