    @Xfinity Thank you for consistently having the #worst WiFi service. I love having blackouts every single day, my cable box having an error on “your end” every time I put a live movie on I want to watch, and my video games timing out. You guys suck. Thanks for being useless.

    I cannot believe that @comcast is actually going to force customers to spend upwards of $100 more per month for going over a “cap”. That’s not the service I signed on for. I just went to “upgrade” and the best plan they’ll offer is to go from 300 Mbps to 25... “@comcastcares”

    Day 11: #nanowrimo my #internet broke. @Xfinity started charging me over $100 for internet. Why? For what? So I downgraded. And upon the reset my internet just went away. Now they tell me I have a phone only plan and they need 4 hours to fix it. How am I gonna write? Thanks. #fml

    @AllSellsFinal @Xfinity @comcastcares Do a quick router reset from @Xfinity account app or Xfi app. Sometimes your cache fills up, and it can cause speed issues. Pretty much all routers have that issue.

    @jmariec36 I often say the same thing, only it’s Comcast WiFi and Verizon cellular service. My basement is like 4 feet below ground level, but always 0-1 bar signal strength down here 😤

    @Xfinity @comcast get it together! Terrible service with no resolve! Have called 4 times and used chat 7 times. Now being double charged. The absolute, worst service ever and customer service the same. No one cares unless it’s blasted on social media. #ridiculous #internet

    because the s14 wont work with our new network provider, so now i'm stuck on **** hardware until i get xfinity to unlock the damn thing becuase they DIDN'T DO THAT AUTOMATICALLY AFTER THEY WERE PAID OFF. HELLO!

    If you have @comcast @Xfinity you don’t hate them enough. Service goes out at 0600 this morning. Recording says this is to upgrade service, will last one day. No notice. Can we do this in the middle of the night on a weekend? I work from home. So does the pediatric radiologist down the street.

    @JoniWagner Comcast is a telecom. Like Bell or Roger's. They're also one of the most hated companies in the US. Growing up I had them and they were AWFUL.

    @lmm2996 Not to mention the fact you can earn more points than the driver that finished 19 spots ahead of you. The format is fixed, the points are still broken. The silly fastest lap point they created to make Xfinity happy needs to go also.

    Yeah **** Xfinity not only did they raise my Wi-Fi from 50 to 180 in one year but they also are expecting me to pay them $600 for fees they never told me about after I switched to a new Wi-Fi so be careful if you get that Wi-Fi

    @AllThingsNatSec @comcast @Xfinity Yeah, I've done the math. I could save a few bucks, but I want maximum options. All the cable channels, Netflix, Prime, Peacock, etc. The only one I don't have is Disney+ and I can steal my kids sign-in if there is something I want to watch. But it's total bull 💩 to do a service upgrade on a Monday morning with no notice. I'm not kidding about the pediatric radiologist down the street either. He has a ton of equipment including special cooling systems to read images from home. I'd be shocked if you can do that off your iPhone hotspot.
