    Day 11: #nanowrimo my #internet broke. @Xfinity started charging me over $100 for internet. Why? For what? So I downgraded. And upon the reset my internet just went away. Now they tell me I have a phone only plan and they need 4 hours to fix it. How am I gonna write? Thanks. #fml

    @Xfinity Thank you for consistently having the #worst WiFi service. I love having blackouts every single day, my cable box having an error on “your end” every time I put a live movie on I want to watch, and my video games timing out. You guys suck. Thanks for being useless.

    @AllSellsFinal @Xfinity @comcastcares Do a quick router reset from @Xfinity account app or Xfi app. Sometimes your cache fills up, and it can cause speed issues. Pretty much all routers have that issue.

    @comcastcares Am currently in Day 3 of an #EpicFail on your part. What began as a “complimentary” account review has turned into several days of hell in dealing with Comcast. For all your supposed service improvements, this just seems like more of the same old same old...

    @Xfinity @comcast get it together! Terrible service with no resolve! Have called 4 times and used chat 7 times. Now being double charged. The absolute, worst service ever and customer service the same. No one cares unless it’s blasted on social media. #ridiculous #internet

    Shoutout to Comcast - the internet/tv was only supposed to be down for an hour for two around 11 am. It’s almost 7 pm and it’s still down 🙃🙃

    I cannot believe that @comcast is actually going to force customers to spend upwards of $100 more per month for going over a “cap”. That’s not the service I signed on for. I just went to “upgrade” and the best plan they’ll offer is to go from 300 Mbps to 25... “@comcastcares”

    I swear all companies are such trash. @Xfinity is diabolical. Just got new router extender and they sent new routers which ok fine until they get installed and now we are being told they have less power than old ones and if we want same service as old we have to pay more wtf

    Fun Fact. @googlefiber If we have a tenant who is moving into a unit, and wants to get GFiber they are not allowed to schedule future service for when they move in IF the current tenant has a GFiber account. Your service scheduling software does not allow the incoming tenant to schedule service so it's ready to go when they move in. This reminds me of why folks hate on Comcast so much.... Highly recommend you fix.

    @AllThingsNatSec @comcast @Xfinity Yeah, I've done the math. I could save a few bucks, but I want maximum options. All the cable channels, Netflix, Prime, Peacock, etc. The only one I don't have is Disney+ and I can steal my kids sign-in if there is something I want to watch. But it's total bull 💩 to do a service upgrade on a Monday morning with no notice. I'm not kidding about the pediatric radiologist down the street either. He has a ton of equipment including special cooling systems to read images from home. I'd be shocked if you can do that off your iPhone hotspot.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 20th 649pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @Xfinity When are you going to settle your contract with Scripps to get @IndyCarOnFOX back on my TV lineup? The fact that you’ve also blacked out access through @watchfoxone is ludicrous. And I had better be getting a refund for all of this missed service.

    @Xfinity I was a loyal customer for over 10 years. After being mislead and basically lied to for 2 days about the simplest request by your staff, I cancelled and went to @FrontierCorp
