Andreas Mueller (@ndreasMueller) reportedFun Fact. @googlefiber If we have a tenant who is moving into a unit, and wants to get GFiber they are not allowed to schedule future service for when they move in IF the current tenant has a GFiber account. Your service scheduling software does not allow the incoming tenant to schedule service so it's ready to go when they move in. This reminds me of why folks hate on Comcast so much.... Highly recommend you fix.

All the cable channels, Netflix, Prime, Peacock, etc. The only one I don't have is Disney+ and I can steal my kids sign-in if there is something I want to watch. But it's total bull 💩 to do a service upgrade on a Monday morning with no notice. I'm not kidding about the pediatric radiologist down the street either. He has a ton of equipment including special cooling systems to read images from home. I'd be shocked if you can do that off your iPhone hotspot.
