    I cannot believe that @comcast is actually going to force customers to spend upwards of $100 more per month for going over a “cap”. That’s not the service I signed on for. I just went to “upgrade” and the best plan they’ll offer is to go from 300 Mbps to 25... “@comcastcares”

    Day 11: #nanowrimo my #internet broke. @Xfinity started charging me over $100 for internet. Why? For what? So I downgraded. And upon the reset my internet just went away. Now they tell me I have a phone only plan and they need 4 hours to fix it. How am I gonna write? Thanks. #fml

    @AllSellsFinal @Xfinity @comcastcares Do a quick router reset from @Xfinity account app or Xfi app. Sometimes your cache fills up, and it can cause speed issues. Pretty much all routers have that issue.

    @Xfinity Thank you for consistently having the #worst WiFi service. I love having blackouts every single day, my cable box having an error on “your end” every time I put a live movie on I want to watch, and my video games timing out. You guys suck. Thanks for being useless.

    @BPmattmorgan I read someone saying they don't pay for the app cuz they get it through their streaming service like YouTube TV at no additional cost. I get ESPN through Xfinity. The app is included but I sure as hell pay for it. I miss Peacock

    Yeah **** Xfinity not only did they raise my Wi-Fi from 50 to 180 in one year but they also are expecting me to pay them $600 for fees they never told me about after I switched to a new Wi-Fi so be careful if you get that Wi-Fi

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 19th 1252pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    hi if you’re moving into a new place avoid getting @Xfinity WiFi at all cost :) half our day has been spent going from person to person just to activate an account :) picked up the router at 10 AM, absolutely zero help for what should be a non issue. @XfinitySupport

    @gregpr07 comcast is the goat at not letting you cancel. they've honed it for decades. 20 years ago you had to bring your set top box IRL to their store and offer your firstborn to even speak to a rep
