    @Chase I have the Sapphire reserve credit card and they have the worst customer service! Called FIVE times to get the Apple TV and door dash credit and no help at all! Come on Chase! An $800 credit card and you have the worst customer service!!’

    @ChaseSupport I appreciate the willingness to assist. No help is needed. The account has a ZERO balance as of this morning. I paid the interest charge levied literally the morning after I paid the $2300.00 balance. If that’s the “Insult to Injury” clause in the fine print, I missed it.

    On the line now for 71 minutes AND COUNTING in order to correct issues related to travel reservations made through CHASE TRAVEL, @Chase on their top of line card. Dismal service and lack of an ounce of flexibility with policies you would never imagine existed. 👎🏼

    having to call @Chase and spend fifteen minutes alternating between being on hold and asked questions just to activate a credit card isn't worth it. such a garbage user experience

    @Chase @Chase you should make it easier to call customer service. Press 1 press. 15 minutes later I get a woman. Who could not help. She said ok ok. No help at all

    3/5 On 3/3, @Chase acknowledged the error and promised a refund in 2 business days. Instead, it took 4 reminders, a formal complaint, and 16 days of "researching" to get my own money back. A 16-day interest-free loan for you while my family budget suffered.

    @Chase did you know that it takes exactly 3 minutes from the time you call to get a human on your support line? Imo an automated system that says excellent customer service but then wastes your time hearing 3 minutes of garbage is frustrating. Give us all a shortcut to a human.
