    What’s the point of paying the outrageous annual fee of a @Chase Sapphire Reserve card when the app to make use of the benefits doesn’t work and the Chase reps who answer the phone can’t help you? All I want to do is reserve entry at the PHX lounge for my flight tomorrow, but I’m locked out by a broken mobile app.

    @candepee @Wise @Chase The gap between "Completed" and "recipient got it" is where payments horror stories live. Wise sending funds is one leg. Chase accepting and crediting them is another. Both are passing responsibility instead of owning the reconciliation. File a formal dispute, don't DM support.

    In the continuing saga of @Chase's incompetence: Passkeys don't work in Firefox. Passkey login doesn't trigger in Chrome frequently, and requires SMS TOTP after anyway!

    @Chase you’ve been trying to get me to go paperless forever, well, we did. Now we need a copy of a check from 6/2023 - not on the website or app. We need it today. It is unacceptable on every level for a financial institution to only have records for the last two years available. Paperless saves you money, with ZERO savings for us. Now it has cost me money and time. What a spectacular fail. Going back to paper everything.

    @Chase Even though Mayor Daley was not on board CVL still came across moorish indigenous grant money in the years of 1968 and 1969.  Of course, the best form of help would have needed to come from the city itself but for now grants from several private and smaller federal programs would

    @CoinDesk @jpmorgan Within a week of me talking **** about @Chase , my credit limit with them was decreased significantly without notification. No big deal, just more reason to stay away from cheaters who take petty actions when called on their scams. Join a credit union!

    @Chase please fix your UR partner transfer delays. I’m about to miss a crucial redemption due to a pending transfer. Amex transfers points instantly. What is more upsetting is that no one can help. I spoke to a supervisor and was told that there’s nothing they can do for me.

    @Chase I got a phone call from somebody saying that they were from Chase and from a Chase # and I did what they said and it turned out to be a scam & lost $700+ & when I called Chase, They basically told me to F myself. That’s your idea of customer service.?
