    @abc13houston Someone tried to cash a check with my name on it @Chase and they shut me completely down! No ands ifs, or buts. I tried to dispute it IN PERSON and over the phone with reps. They wasn't trying to hear it after 2 GOOD YEARS with them my loyalty didn't matter or helped me.. Sad!

    banking with @chase @ChaseSupport has been a nightmare. they put a claim in for me 2 weeks after an altercation and then take the money back and tell me they can’t do anything about it when they misconstrued my words. i never had any other problems with any other bank like this.

    @Chase The relocated branch in Houston at 8401 Westheimer Rd is not good. The former location across the street was better in terms of accessibility. The new location has too much traffic, especially for the drive up ATMs. One of the ATMs I tried wasn't working, sad.

    I have switched banks a month ago to @CapitalOne from @Chase and I have found my first Con! Capital One’s #billpay system is absolutely garbage compared to Chase! Chase has been much more on top of its game every week I use it where Capital One’s has been sever hits or misses!

    @ChaseSupport OMG how rude was your specialist at the fraud department. She treated me like I was the dumbest person on earth. The problem got taking care of but really worst feeling ever. I have an accent bc I am french, damn she was so rude to me.

    @Chase @ChaseSupport I’ve been trying to activate my new card everyday since December 22. On the app, on the website, over the phone, no access to all. I consistently get the message, “It looks like this part of our website isn’t working right now. Please try again.” Please help!

    During this time, we were also involved in online chat with multiple people, but nothing could be done. Why could you book a stay at a hotel that wasn't open for business yet? Why couldn't @IHGCorporate do anything to rectify the problem? Why will we lose our @Chase reward night?

    Just an FYI. I just got off the phone with @SouthwestAir regarding the failure to receive my rapid rewards points from @ChaseSupport for March. I was told this is a known issue and there is no immediate fix. If you are a rapid rewards member… Please monitor your statements
