    What’s the point of paying the outrageous annual fee of a @Chase Sapphire Reserve card when the app to make use of the benefits doesn’t work and the Chase reps who answer the phone can’t help you? All I want to do is reserve entry at the PHX lounge for my flight tomorrow, but I’m locked out by a broken mobile app.

    @Chase @ChaseSupport I can’t access my money because I’m locked out over a question about a car from 15 years ago I don’t remember. Your agents keep ending calls when I ask for a supervisor. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

    having to call @Chase and spend fifteen minutes alternating between being on hold and asked questions just to activate a credit card isn't worth it. such a garbage user experience

    Seriously **** this @chase app. Im going to the bank and cancelling my account. Everytime I need to run a CC it turns into a fiasco of it requiring a password reset then it never accepts the password that complies with your bullshits rules.
