    @ByJonHeath @SouthwestAir Jon, did you see what @Chase is doing to the credit card annual fee? Various benefits aren't horrible as far as free bag and seats/better seats. But $149 to $229 as if no one would notice - not a small increase. The problem is they think no one is paying attention, but we are.

    I've been #Bonvoyed by @MarriottBonvoy Book in Advance feature. It took 2 days for my @Chase UR points to transfer to @Marriott and in that time, they jacked up my reservation from 222k to 240k points. Now I have to wait 2 more days and risk another rate hike?? Someone please fix

    @Chase you should not advertise 24 hour customer support if you don't actually have 24 hour customer support. ATM ate my cash and did not deposit money, number on receipt (which says 24 hours) is not.

    @jpmorgan @Chase I’ve been to four branches now trying to make a deposit, yet your atms don’t allow it. I refuse to pay overdraft fees if you can’t even provide access to the atm

    What’s the point of paying the outrageous annual fee of a @Chase Sapphire Reserve card when the app to make use of the benefits doesn’t work and the Chase reps who answer the phone can’t help you? All I want to do is reserve entry at the PHX lounge for my flight tomorrow, but I’m locked out by a broken mobile app.

    @Chase @ChaseSupport I can’t access my money because I’m locked out over a question about a car from 15 years ago I don’t remember. Your agents keep ending calls when I ask for a supervisor. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

    having to call @Chase and spend fifteen minutes alternating between being on hold and asked questions just to activate a credit card isn't worth it. such a garbage user experience

    Seriously **** this @chase app. Im going to the bank and cancelling my account. Everytime I need to run a CC it turns into a fiasco of it requiring a password reset then it never accepts the password that complies with your bullshits rules.
