It took 2 days for my @Chase UR points to transfer to @Marriott and in that time, they jacked up my reservation from 222k to 240k points. Now I have to wait 2 more days and risk another rate hike?? Various benefits aren't horrible as far as free bag and seats/better seats. But $149 to $229 as if no one would notice - not a small increase. The problem is they think no one is paying attention, but we are.

Tight deadlines, endless forms. and unrealistic requests and demands to get any reimbursement. If you are thinking about getting this card, forget it!
