  have never had as many internet outages as I’ve had with @Ask_Spectrum how can this be fixed? I have zoom classes almost everyday and im always being cut off or the classes audio and video keep lagging.

  @Ask_Spectrum Can Spectrum suck any worse? No one at Spectrum technical support knows anything about its Internet Security Shield! The only control I have is to turn it ON/OFF. Ridiculous!
