  @Ask_Spectrum Nope SAME thing every time “Unfortunately, currently the app can not communicate with the new DVR boxes. Our engineers are aware of the issue and are making a concerted effort, with our technicians to resolve the issue as quickly as they can”. Did NOT mention that BEFORE we paid
