    @Ask_Spectrum As a sign of good faith, you need to compensate your customers financialy for the frequently reccuring service interruptions they have to put up with. Your customers are not getting the service they're paying you for.

    Went from bad to worse! AT&T has slow Internet, so I switched to @GetSpectrum. Now I have no Internet! Two mornings in a row!

    So several attempts since NOVEMBER to just get @GetSpectrum to address the lack of working service have resulted in run arounds and MANY wasted hours on hold. Why is it so hard to just get a human to talk to that knows what they’re doing? #custserv #CustomerExperience

    @mmarie_towns @robhill5 @Ask_Spectrum This is what I was sent Thank you for being patient. There appears to be an interruption of video service reported in the area. Unfortunately we were not provided any ETA on when it will be resolved. The technicians are working as quickly as possible to try and restore service.

    @espn I’m watching the @ufc prelims on ESPN+ off my @Ask_Spectrum router and the live broadcast is extremely choppy. Commercials are smooth, live is awful. I’ve bought every PPV for nearly 7 years. I won’t pay for this again if it doesn’t improve.

    @Ask_Spectrum See my location. Currently it's impossible to login to Spectrum (TV streaming on Apple TV, support pages etc). I can't even login to report that that. What is going on and when do you estimate it will have been taken care of?

    @Starlink After switching to @Starlink, I can't see myself ever going back to terrestrial internet. I have a large family and we game, stream, and video call with zero issues while paying less than I was for @GetSpectrum.

    @Ask_Spectrum .@Ask_Spectrum You’re missing the point. The issue isn't just the 7 hours of total downtime; it’s the weeks of spotty service & a botched "fix" that repeatedly booted me from high stakes meetings. A $6 credit doesn't value my business. It’s quite insulting.

    @k1rallik @Lorjayzee6 @GetSpectrum raises their price anywhere between $5to $20 every few months. They tell you all the streaming apps are free but at the current constantly rising prices maintaining service is becoming untenable.
