Commercials are smooth, live is awful. I’ve bought every PPV for nearly 7 years. I won’t pay for this again if it doesn’t improve.

There appears to be an interruption of video service reported in the area. Unfortunately we were not provided any ETA on when it will be resolved. The technicians are working as quickly as possible to try and restore service.

I called to see what’s up at 2:45, they told me 30mins and he would be here. Now they tried offering me $20 for my inconvenience. Seriously?!? Just going to cancel it

They jeopardized my credibility, wasted 7+ hours of my time with techs, and offered a $6 credit. Insulting. #Spectrum #Fail

Rob D (@Whose_Your_Hero) reported@Ask_Spectrum for the last several weeks I have been having terrible service in the Patterson springs area. Turn off the router...use hot spot (t-mobile) 300mb download...I s/b @ 100-200 download speeds. Reset router...works well for a day, maybe.
