    @Ask_Spectrum if by assist you mean not help me at all, then yes that is what i'm finding. if by assist you mean actually do something about the problem, then in fact that is not true.

    @GetSpectrum I cancelled my tv service (2/14/2020). I asked about a credit and they say we don’t give credits and also since I cancelled my service they are still charging me an extra month and I will not have service for that month..

    @GetSpectrum is literally thee worst cable company in the world. they try to nickel and dime you for every little thing since they took over time warner. so sick of this. time to change. 😤

    @Ask_Spectrum I was told on May 19th I qualified for the Emergency Broadband Benefit. I then contacted @GetSpectrum giving them my Application ID, yet I have still not received a penny in assistance towards my broadband service. I hope the company isn’t just pocketing people’s $

    @Ask_Spectrum UPDATE: at 08:36EST today i was told by your less than helpful customer service agent that a supervisor would call me back within 2 hours. it is now 12:45EST ... ⏰ STILL WAITING. this is my whole point! spectrum doesn't care about their customers at all. it's all about 💰

    and week 2 is my @Ask_Spectrum nightmare continues. How hard is it to mail a equipment. Obviously way too much to ask. love it when the first response is to blame a customer. Then read the notes and figure out it was your fault and not apologize. #smh

    @GetSpectrum what a strange and rude policy. Modem died. Lights don't come on. Went through the steps and was told I need a new modem. But you won't let me get a modem because I have a past due balance. But I'm still being charged for the Internet I can't access. Really?

    Of course Spectrum is down again. Daily planned maintenance at the exact same time. This company has become a joke. @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum .

    @Ask_Spectrum @Ask_Spectrum as a whole the company is a joke and this is something that's been happening for years even before I moved. It was every weekend for an hour or two we would lose service, we wouldn't know when it would get cut but it just happened.

    @Ask_Spectrum We have made all the changes to fix the Spectrum connection issues. There are glitches with the tv feed just stopping and squiggly lines distorting the picture. Audio and visual is not 100%.
