Obviously way too much to ask. love it when the first response is to blame a customer. Then read the notes and figure out it was your fault and not apologize. #smh

I called to see what’s up at 2:45, they told me 30mins and he would be here. Now they tried offering me $20 for my inconvenience. Seriously?!? Just going to cancel it

Every rep says something different, they messed up account names, needed extra documents, and still charged a card I asked to remove on an account tied to someone I’m avoiding. DAMN
