    @Ask_Spectrum I was told on May 19th I qualified for the Emergency Broadband Benefit. I then contacted @GetSpectrum giving them my Application ID, yet I have still not received a penny in assistance towards my broadband service. I hope the company isn’t just pocketing people’s $

    and week 2 is my @Ask_Spectrum nightmare continues. How hard is it to mail a equipment. Obviously way too much to ask. love it when the first response is to blame a customer. Then read the notes and figure out it was your fault and not apologize. #smh

    @GetSpectrum new customer here, tech was supposed to be out between 11am and 12pm. It’s now 4:40 pm and nothing. I called to see what’s up at 2:45, they told me 30mins and he would be here. Now they tried offering me $20 for my inconvenience. Seriously?!? Just going to cancel it

    @Ask_Spectrum We have made all the changes to fix the Spectrum connection issues. There are glitches with the tv feed just stopping and squiggly lines distorting the picture. Audio and visual is not 100%.

    @GetSpectrum Switching my Spectrum phone line after going no contact has been a nightmare. Every rep says something different, they messed up account names, needed extra documents, and still charged a card I asked to remove on an account tied to someone I’m avoiding. DAMN

    @Ask_Spectrum I have now called and visited my local Spectrum store FOUR TIMES, and no one can/will cancel my TV services, and retain internet. Is there *anyone* in this company who can/will do it?
