    @Ask_Spectrum UPDATE: at 08:36EST today i was told by your less than helpful customer service agent that a supervisor would call me back within 2 hours. it is now 12:45EST ... ⏰ STILL WAITING. this is my whole point! spectrum doesn't care about their customers at all. it's all about 💰

    @Ask_Spectrum My internet keeps going out. Someone has been to my house twice last two days. From box to house. New router. New modem. And still not working. I want a brand new line from the street to my house. Please help. It’s ridiculous.

    @Ask_Spectrum if by assist you mean not help me at all, then yes that is what i'm finding. if by assist you mean actually do something about the problem, then in fact that is not true.

    I’m not any more likely to not have service as I am right now, with cell service. Then she jumped down my throat for not having @Ask_Spectrum mobile. Using the great @Verizon towers. I told her Verizon is slow. And she said no it’s not! Maybe years ago. And I told her:

    @GetSpectrum I cancelled my tv service (2/14/2020). I asked about a credit and they say we don’t give credits and also since I cancelled my service they are still charging me an extra month and I will not have service for that month..

    The @GetSpectrum lady I was on the phone with got hostile while I was trying to disconnect my service. ($70/mo) When I told her I switched to @TMobile internet ($50) she lectured me about how if there is a storm, I could not have service. I reminded her:

    @Ask_Spectrum Once again no internet service The bill is always on time, the service you don’t care. Professionals should take other option, outrages and issues are always present with Spectrum and customer services is just null.

    @GetSpectrum yall ******* suck. Every day WiFi quits working for a bit and now it’s not working at all. What am I paying for if 75% of the time it’s not working. Yall have had techs change equipment and still the same thing always happens

    @GetSpectrum Well I don’t have that opportunity to DM it won’t allow. I live in Lawrenceville and none of the agents were able to help. They provided a $4 credit but that’s nothing when I have work to do and can’t in my home

    @GetSpectrum what a strange and rude policy. Modem died. Lights don't come on. Went through the steps and was told I need a new modem. But you won't let me get a modem because I have a past due balance. But I'm still being charged for the Internet I can't access. Really?
